Join a Trip

How to Join a Cape Town Pelagics Trip

1. Please e-mail us about space on a trip (check calendar for scheduled dates); or to enquire about additional dates;
   or to arrange a private group trip
. Alternatively, you can complete and submit the booking enquiry form at the bottom of the page.
2. If we have availability, we will provisionally reserve space for you on board and reply with tour information and costs.
3. Once we’ve received your confirmation to join, we’ll send you our info pack with payment details and our T&C’s.
4. Your booking can only be confirmed on receipt of payment in full.

Payment

We offer credit card payment facilities on our 3-D secure transaction site.
If you have a South African bank account, then payment can be made by EFT (electronic funds transfer).

Terms & Conditions

If you book a tour, the following terms and conditions apply. By using the facilities that we have provided, you implicitly agree to these conditions.

You can secure your participation on the tour by confirming your booking in writing and by paying in full.

Banking charges are not included in the tour price. If they are accidentally charged to us, then your payment deficit must be rectified before the tour starts.

If you cancel your booking 61 days or more prior to a trip, we will refund you in full; less our ZAR200 per person booking /  admin fee. If you cancel 60 days or less prior to a trip, we will only refund you, less our ZAR200 per person admin fee; if we have someone to take over your booking.

Should unsuitable weather or sea conditions cause the trip to be cancelled; and you are unable to rescheduled to another date sometime in the future, your payment will be refunded less our ZAR200 per person admin fee. Should mechanical problems cause the trip to be cancelled, your payment will be refunded in full. Gains or losses from fluctuations in exchange rates will not be compensated for, when refunds are issued.
